Digital Mapping Products
Digital Imagery
Recent years has seen an explosion in the demand for cost effective digital imagery. Although virtually unlimited, typical uses may range from planning tools to web applications to remote sensing, digital imagery is commonplace in both the private and government sector today.

Aerometric Surveys is keeping pace with this demand with a particular emphasis on the needs of the design community. From economical imagery such as raw scanned images and geo-rectified digital photos (sometimes nicknamed poor-mans orthos) through to fully ortho-rectified digital photos, we can provide imagery suitable for a wide variety of planning, engineering, and presentation purposes. In many cases orthophotos may be produced from historical photography as well, providing a great resource for remote sensing and change-detection applications.

All imaging products require a tremendous commitment to quality control throughout the production process. From initial image acquisition and scanning to DTM production to image processing, tone balancing and mosaicing, Aerometric Surveys offers our clients state of the industry hardware and software solutions, as well as trained and experienced production staff.

Digital Mapping
Topographic mapping is the basic product the photogrammetric engineering profession has historically provided to the planning and design communities. While this premise certainly holds true today, the product itself has undergone a tremendous revolution in the past few decades.

During periods of major advancements in analytical mapping systems through to the exploding softcopy and GIS arenas, Aerometric Surveys was founded on the commitment to deliver products and services firmly rooted in proven photogrammetric principles and techniques. This commitment remains unwavering after 27 years, but is coupled with a renewed emphasis on delivering products suitable for todays digital environment. Our conventional and softcopy map production systems benefit from state of the industry technology coupled with a traditional conservative approach. Our focus on internal and recognized quality assurance and quality control procedures results in mapping products that routinely exceed recognized industry standards and project expectations.

Whether it be digital topographic mapping, DEM or DTM extraction, quantity surveys and volume calculations, or any other photogrammetric engineering service, we possess the capabilities and experience to provide mapping in nearly every popular digital format to match your project requirements.

Allow us to be an integral part of your next project team.
